The Southern Shore region stretches from Cape May to Garrison Corner, and goes as far north as Ocean City.

The Delaware River region stretches from Salem, along the west coast of New Jersey, all the way to Lambertville. This region goes as far inland as Egg Harbor City.

The Atlantic region encompasses Atlantic City and the surrounding area. This region goes as far inland as Buena.

The Shore region starts just north of Atlantic City and goes as far north as Sandy Hook Bay and Keansburg.

The Gateway region spans the New Jersey/New York City border starting in South Amboy in the south, going as far north as Awosting on the New York border.

The Skyland region spans from Stockton, on the New Jersey/Pennsylvania border, to Wawayanda State Park on the New Jersey/New York border.
