Paul Hawkins has over 16 years of full time professional guide experience fishing the waters of greater Tampa Bay area including the surrounding rivers, creeks and bayous that make up this beautiful area. Paul has been fishing Tampa Bay since a young child and fly fishing on Tampa Bay since 1968.
Hawkins' ability to track down fish and use the correct bait and tackle infuse your time with him as truly a "sport" fishing experience. Paul specializes in fly fishing, artificial bait spinning and baitcasting. These talents and preferences/priorities set him apart from many other guides. We have all seen, watched, or know athletes and artists in various sports and mediums that make certain endeavors look so easy you think, "I can do that", or "it looks so easy". That effect is the result of years of training and practice that have honed their skills into making something very difficult appear to be effortless.
