Captain Scott McDowell knows the waters of Martha's Vineyard; he has been fishing the rips and rock piles in search of big bass and bluefish for over 30 years, 10 of those as a Charter Captain. Making the BASSnBLUE and North Shore Charters the oldest charter business in existence "Up-Island".
