Fishing Report: Castafari Fish Report 6/04/10

We had the pleasure to welcome first time Castafari guest Lenny Lombardo and crew onboard for our first bass outing of 2010. I spent the day bouncing around all of my Vinyard Sound spots, literally hit 12 different areas. The water is 64 degrees in the northern sound. Unfortunately the fishing was slow and Im guessing thats because of the warm water. We did manage 6 decent fish 15 to 20 pounds, but thats not considered a good day on the Castafari. Were going back at it tomorrow with a different game plan in mind. Im going to fish much further south in the area of Devils Bridge and Cuttyhunk. We only focused on live bait today. I may have to break out the wire tomorrow!
